Sauteed medallions of beef tenderloin topped with spinach and a caramelized wild sea scallop, then sauced with hollandaise. Served with a baked potato and asparagus in a puff pastry box.

Apple and Shallot Stuffed Pork Chops      30.
A large bone in chop filled with a caramelized shallot and apple stuffing. Served with a baked potato and asparagus in a puff pastry box.
