Tender mixed greens with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, thin sliced red onions, and crumbled Feta Cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing

  A signature recipe from Port Townsend's Key City Fish Company.  Classic northwest creamy chowder of carrot, celery, onion, shrimpmeat, bay scallops, and seasonal fish

Slow Roasted Turkey Breast
With cornbread-mango stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes,
house-made turkey gravy, bacon wrapped green beans,
and cranberry relish

Prime Rib of Beef

Grilled Wild Salmon Filet
