The Castle is an ideal venue for your company retreat where you can take the business out of business meetings. The meeting room accommodates 100 people in comfort. Our facilities are also well suited for seminars, luncheons & business or social breakfasts.

Our award winning chef is anxious to service your meetings with Castle Key Restaurant's special luncheon and banquet menus.

Continental Breakfast
Choice of freshly baked croissants, Danish pastries, and fresh fruit, served with fresh roasted coffee, tea, and milk or juice

Boxed Lunches

Two poached eggs with your choice of Canadian bacon, Nova-style lox, or crabmeat, topped with rich hollandaise sauce, over a toasted English muffin

Pork Apple Cinnamon Sausage and Eggs  – 10.
Two sweet sausage links served with two eggs as you like them, toast, and seasoned potatoes

Swiss Roesti "a hearty meal in itself"  – 10.
Swiss style shredded potatoes seasoned with our special blend of spices, skillet browned with bacon, then cheese melted over-top and all is covered with two eggs as you like them

Praline French Toast – 9.
French bread baked in an egg custard, topped with praline crust, served with fresh apple compote, cardamom cream, and mayple syrup

County Omelette – 12.
Mild goat cheese with sautéed mushrooms, green onions, and sweet peppers, folded into three eggs

Large coissant filled with smoked turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and chive mayonnaise, accompanied with fresh fruit and vegetables

Roast Beef on Sourdough  – 16.
Sliced roast beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, horseradish cream, on sourdough bread, accompanied with choice of fresh fruit or Caesar salad

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich  – 15.
Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, onion, and cream cheese on sourdough bread, accompanied with choice of fresh fruit or Caesar salad

Chicken Scaloppini  – 16.
Tender boneless chicken breast pounded thin then sautéed with red onions. Sauced with garlic cream and accompanied with seasonal vegetables and fresh warm bread

Grilled Salmon Filet  – 18.
Wild salmon filet grilled and topped with raspberry jalapeño sauce, served with vegetables and fresh warm bread

Bella Portabella  – 16.
Seared marinated portabella mushroom placed atop wilted spinach and filled with sautéed vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes, sauced with black pepper dressing

Classic Chicken Caesar  – 12.

Chef's Salad  – 12.
Mixed greens, sliced ham, sliced smoked turkey, Swiss and cheddar cheese, red onion, cucumber, and tomato, with house-made creamy feta cheese dressing

Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado dressed with balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil

Romaine hearts, herb croutons, Parmesan cheese, and anchovies, with classic house made Casear dressing
